Agreement

By using Castee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Castee provides tools to build and publish static podcast websites from RSS feed data. We do not host podcast audio files or replace your podcast hosting provider.

Accounts & verification

• You must provide accurate account information.
• Publishing requires verification of RSS feed ownership via the owner email address.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Castee to:

• Publish content you do not have rights to
• Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent podcast ownership

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of initial purchase.

Free plan badge

Free plan sites display a "Powered by Castee" badge. Removing the badge requires a Creator or Studio plan.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your podcast content. You grant Castee a license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. Castee templates and platform code remain our property.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Published static sites may continue serving during dashboard maintenance.

Limitation of liability

Castee is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or SEO ranking changes from migrations or downtime.
